01
Getting started
Create and verify the owner account, complete company details, select an industry, invite staff with the minimum required role, configure services and prices, then run a controlled demonstration job before importing live records.
02
CRM and work orders
Customer enquiries can be reviewed before creating records. Work orders connect scope, schedule, assignment, evidence, authorisation, completion, invoice and payment. IDs are tenant-scoped and should never be shared as access credentials.
03
Dispatch
Technicians define availability and service duration. Automatic assignment considers platform settings, industry eligibility and free time. Dispatchers can handle exceptions and review changes.
04
Invoices and payments
A marketplace order is created only after a verified payment event where payment-first booking applies. Manual transfers enter review rather than becoming automatically paid. Refunds and disputes remain linked to immutable gateway references.
05
Webhooks
Webhook endpoints verify the sender before accepting state changes. Providers may retry events, so handlers use unique external identifiers and idempotent operations.
06
Authentication
Email registration requires confirmation. Google login uses the configured Supabase OAuth flow. Company members and platform users receive separate server-side role checks.
