1. Service and authority

SharkFlows is provided by DONOW LIMITED and includes business operations software, customer and technician apps, marketplace tools, authorised messaging integrations, inspection, quotation, approval, work-order and payment-record functions. A person accepting these Terms for a business confirms that they have authority to do so.

2. Software, not a contractor

Unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise, SharkFlows provides software and matching tools. It is not the contractor, repairer, designer, employer, insurer or professional decision-maker for work performed by customer businesses or independent providers.

3. AI and industry templates

AI, checklists, candidate causes, materials and service templates are operational aids. They are not licences, statutory certificates or final safety opinions. Users must verify evidence, measurements, supplier information, parts compatibility and customer requirements.

4. Quotations and authorisation

Quotations should identify scope, materials or parts, labour, price, exclusions, validity, warranty and provisional amounts. Electronic approvals record the presented version, terms, time and relevant technical evidence. Additional work requires a separate variation or renewed approval.

5. Payments

SaaS card payments are handled through Stripe-hosted interfaces; SharkFlows does not receive complete card numbers. Payments by end customers to service businesses are received by those businesses unless a separate payment arrangement expressly applies. A displayed payment status is not an escrow guarantee.

6. Plans, trials and renewal

Plans are charged at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Paid plans renew until cancelled through the available billing portal. Feature, seat and usage restrictions are enforced on the server. Trial access may end or be changed according to the trial offer shown to the business.

7. Accounts and acceptable use

Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, use appropriate authentication and grant only necessary roles. They must not access another tenant, bypass security or plan limits, send spam, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, falsify qualifications or use the service for unlawful or dangerous activity.

8. Meta and third-party integrations

Connecting Meta, WhatsApp, Stripe, Google or another provider also subjects the user to that provider's terms. A business may connect only assets it is authorised to manage. SharkFlows does not represent itself as a Meta Partner or guarantee approval by Meta. Integration access ends when authorisation is revoked or the connection is disabled, subject to necessary record retention.

9. Privacy, communication and location

Businesses are responsible for notices and lawful use concerning their customers, employees and contractors. Work location should be used only after appropriate notice and consent while on duty. Recording, direct marketing and WhatsApp template messages require the applicable notices, permissions and opt-out handling.

10. Availability, export and liability boundaries

Reasonable measures are used to maintain service and security, but third-party networks, Meta, Stripe, cloud providers and app stores can affect availability. Customers should keep appropriate business continuity procedures. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes and contact

Material changes will be identified through the website, account or email and the version date will be updated. A new incompatible data use will not rely solely on a silent update. Contact admin@sharkflows.com for Terms enquiries.
